As you are aware HM Land Registry have started to approach local authorities to begin their data transfer project. LLCI believe the points below need to be considered by all LAs regardless of when they are approached. Approaches currently only being made to English Authorities who hold an LLC Register (i.e. excluding County Councils).

This is a list of potential actions and considerations for County Councils when one of their District/Borough councils is programmed to migrate to the new HM Land Registry Local Land Charges register, and it is intended to act as a guide to aid that transition.
