LLCI are delighted to announce the Winner and Highly Commended 
Local Land Charges Officer of the Year Award as follows:-

Julie Scott, Three Rivers District Council - Winner!

Julie has vast experience after working in local land charges for over 30 years but where some may have become jaded and complacent she always remains positive and cares about her customers and colleagues in Hertfordshire.  She has shown great leadership and motivation by keeping her service as the best performing in Hertfordshire for many years.

Daniel Carman, Arun District Council - Highly Commended

Daniel has been instrumental in the adoption of advanced GIS systems for local land charges and across many departments leading to cost savings and improved service.   Daniel is an experienced professional Officer. He assists many officers within the council as part of his function, he assists with work related to the historic environment to ensure that all assets are identified and prospective property owners made aware of what they are purchasing.
