Northern Branch Executive Members
Chair - Peter Audin, City of York Council (Chair and Director of LLCI)
Peter is the Gazetteer & Local Land Charges Manager for City of York Council and has worked in local land charges for 29 years.
Peter first became involved with NALLCO as the Treasurer and Membership Secretary, a position he held for 5 years before taking over as Chair in 2000 when Jan Boothroyd stepped down.
As well as being a Director of LLCI, Peter has served as both Chair and Vice Chair of the Institute.
Peter has represented the Institute on a number of working groups over the years including the Con29 Working Group, The Personal Search Guidelines and more recently The Home Information Packs, OFT Report and has also supported Amanda with Fees Guidance and De-regulation
Outside of LLCI Peter is a keen sports fan and is a supporter of his local club York City. He enjoys most things Si-fi and in particular Star Trek.
Secretary - Cheryl Bellis, Local Land Charges Manager, Southend & Castlepoint
Cheryl has been involved in Local Land Charges for over 29 years at all levels. Cheryl is also a qualified LLCI NVQ Assessor.
Cheryl is responsible for arranging meetings and being the main point of contact for Members within the Northern Branch.
Treasurer/Membership Secretary - currently vacant.
Until an appointment is made, duties will be shared between Peter and Cheryl.
