Bedfordis an innovative forward thinking Mayoral authority which became a unitary council on 1st April 2009. An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the Council’s local land charges team. You will have significant experience of all aspects of a computerised local authority land charges service. You will also have managerial or supervisory experience whether in land charges environment or elsewhere.Bedfordhas rapid turnaround times for local searches and the post holder will build on successful relationships with local solicitors and personal search companies, in a challenging environment.
